We aren't really having a winter so far. We've had several days near 70 and some in the 70s. We did have some snow for a hour or two last week, but since it had been in the 70s earlier in the week it had no chance of sticking. I'm pleased with my result from the Gold Rush 5k. By the timer my rate was 11:46 min/mi and my tracker says 11:15 min/mi because I tracked it at 3.29 miles versus 3.1. It was definitely a hilly course but I was pleased with the time. I've stayed the course with working out, been trying to be more diligent about watching diet and I saw 276 again on my scale this week so that is very encouraging. I got an email from 9Round corporate last week. I completed my 500th workout, probably was a few weeks or months go given how often I forget to scan my card. I was supposed to send them an image of me in the club and they will maybe send me some swag. I sent them a pic with Tyler the Gym Owner the other day. I'm still going 3-4
