Turkey Week

Short update this week, but I wanted to get back to updating more often. Biggest update is that I've started doing 9Round with my son.  It is a challenge to say the least and I leave out sore most of the time.  The next morning is killer.  I'm sure that is why folks that do CrossFit, F3 and other programs on a regular basis talk about it non stop because the pain don't quit man.  I suppose it'll get better. Some key exciting things I can note over the last month would be: We had a luncheon at work and I was able to fit in the auditorium chairs.  It was nice to sit with coworkers enjoy the meal and talk.  Previous luncheons I've either skipped or had to go stand later for the presentation after my legs went to sleep from sq
