Short late Update
Have been putting off the blog post. Been hectic at work. I'm off track on eating and have really only run for excercise for awhile now. I need to get back to weights and some cross training. Hopefully I can once we get the vaccine. It opens for our group in NC today so hopefully soon.
We did a 5k last weekend. I didn't get a PR like I'd hoped for, but I did do decent.
I had a time trial for my Garmin training to run 1.5 miles. I averaged 11 min mile which I think is outstanding. I'm hopeful I can maintain that in 2 weeks for the full 5k and then I will get a new 5K PR.
